Why should I register with MyBoxercraft.com?

What is junior sizing?

The junior size is made for young adults and teenagers. It is more fitted, has a lower rise, and generally cut straighter. It's meant for smaller waist and bust sizes.

How can I manage My Account?

Log-in to view My Account. You can update your contact info, view your prior orders, change your login password, update your marketing preferences, and request a return merchandise authorization.

Where can I get a coupon code?

Sign up to receive specials via email. Be the first to see our new items too!

What are the payment options?

We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.

How can I verify that my order went through?

You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Your package will arrive in a plain white package or brown box.

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of shipment.
-Customized items cannot be returned.
-Please allow two weeks for your credit to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles
-We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries
-You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Boxercraft Inc. will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
-All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment
-A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit
-All special priced item sales are final. No returns accepted.
- S&H is non refundable once an item has shipped from our facility.
-We do not offer exchanges. For the fastest service, please return your unwanted item(s) and then place a new order
-Must receive items in original condition. Unwashed, unaltered, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned
-$5 processing fees applies to all non defective returns
-Please visit My Account to request a return authorization.
-Free item offer void if less than 3 items remain on an order after any returns.  In this instance, full price will be charged for the "free" item.

What is your tax policy?

The tax rate is based on state and local tax laws and the tax rate for your order’s delivery address. If applicable, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charge.

How does the Buy 2 get 1 Free promotion work?

When you purchase three items, you will receive the third item free. This third item must be equal or less in dollar value to the first two items. The item will appear as “Free” in the price column of the shopping bag. Free item offer void if less than 3 items remain on an order after any returns. In this instance, full price will be charged for the "free" item.

Why am I receiving emails from MyBoxercraft.com?

After you place your order, you will receive e-mails providing information on your current order. Some examples of e-mails you might receive are:
-Order confirmation: This email includes your order number, and it confirms that we received your order. Please keep this email for your records
-Shipment Confirmation: This email provides tracking information when your order has shipped. The arrival date depends on the shipment method you choose.
-Order Updates: This email is sent when we have difficulty processing your order. For example, the inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, or cancellation of order might prompt this email. Should you receive a notice like this, please contact our Customer Service Department (1-866-522-6694) as soon as possible so they correct the problem.

Do you offer customization?

We offer stock designs only. For example, get our latest stock rhinestones applied to a tee. For personalized garments, contact your local dealer. Dealers can provide personalized names, print locations, and a variety of embellishments for groups and teams.

How can I get the name and phone number of a local Boxercraft dealer?

Take advantage of our Dealer Locator tool. Enter your zip code and 4 local dealer’s will be provided.

To whom do I send feedback about products and services?

Please Contact Us online with feedback. We value your opinion and respond to all emails within 24 hours.

When do your new products debut?

Check the website monthly or sign up to receive pre-announcements for new product debuts.

Our items are made in the USA and Central America

Where can I find your new items?

To see our new items, select the product category you are interested in viewing. For example, select Girls-Boxers-Flannel-Exposed Waistband. Next, use the toggle button at the top of the page to select “New” in the “Show” drop down field. You can see all of our new styles. We are continually rolling out new products. Please check back regularly for the hottest trends!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

Login in and visit My Account to view your previous orders. Click on the specific order and a tracking number will be provided. If the status is In Process, your order has not shipped yet. Please be patient and check back for details.

Do you have a catalog?

We will be offering a catalog in the coming months. Signing up to receive our email promotions will ensure that you receive the upcoming catalog.

What stores carry your items?

Boxercraft products are sold online and through a network of Authorized Dealers. Visit our Dealer Locator to find one now

Can I get a price adjustment on my order?

We do not offer price adjustments when an item is purchased at regular price and subsequently offered at a discounted price.

Why is my online limited to 6 items per style?

Online purchases are limited to six (6) items per style, per customer to enforce our “no re-sale” policy. Please contact your Local Dealer for bulk orders.
